After Zareen Khan broke the Internet with her EXPLOSIVE
talk with SpotboyE.com, it was just apt that we speak to Abhinav Shukla, who
was the man at the centre of the controversy since he was in many frames
wherein Zareen felt that could have been shot aesthetically.

When we called him yesterday, Abhinav retorted, “I have
been privy to a lot many things, but I wouldn’t like to talk about it all on
the phone, I would like you to send me an email about your queries.”
Hearing that he had been “privy to a lot many
things", we expected him to be quite forthcoming about the Zareen episode,
however it seems that after deliberation, the man had second thoughts on what
he actually wanted to say.

This is clear from the bland and insipid response that we
got to our mail which we shot to him this afternoon. We could be wrong but it
seems that Mr Shukla is feigning ignorance.

As discussed, I request you to talk on
Zareen had issues on her dresses and is not happy that
too much focus on her body was being insisted upon at the shoot.

Her stylist (Shahid Amir) had a harrowing time.
Kissing scenes have been lengthened.
You said you were privy to many things, so I request you
to stand up and raise your voice on this.
And here’s Abhinav’s reply:

“How would I know about issues relating to dress or
costume? I am an actor, I do my bit. It would be funny if someone will
ask me if the 200 mm lens used for my closeup shot had fungus on the third
element from the objective!
We have dedicated departments in films who look
after specific things, so I am not competent to comment on issues related to
costume or shot taking.
It’s unfortunate that there are differences between an
actor and production and that it’s out in public. I keep away from negative
discussions or controversies.

I have few good projects in offing.”
